Pride Health is hiring a Supply Chain Associate I to support our client’s laboratory network in Clifton, NJ 07012
.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a healthcare supply management environment supporting efficient material flow and inventory operations.
Job Title: Supply Chain Associate I
Location: Clifton, NJ 07012
Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $20/hr
(Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lean supply management processes across the laboratory network
- Manage movement and replenishment of materials and supplies to laboratory points of use
- Execute standard supply chain processes across facilities including Laboratories, RRL, PSC, and IOP locations
- Perform daily replenishment routines and ensure material availability
- Conduct physical inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain inventory control systems and update supply records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing cost and cycle time
- Maintain visual management tools such as Kanban systems and labeling processes
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and supply analysts to resolve supply needs
- Ensure proper organization and tracking of inventory levels
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of inventory control systems preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
