- Lead the development and execution of category and sourcing strategies for complex portfolios
- Ensure alignment with TD’s procurement standards and risk appetite
- Lead complex supplier negotiations and commercial decision-making
- Provide subject matter expertise on complex sourcing, commercial, or risk-related matters
- Communicate proactively and transparently with team members and stakeholders
- Post-Secondary Education and / or 7+ years of related experience
- Highly seasoned professional role requiring substantial knowledge of Sourcing and procurement and/or knowledge of broader related areas
- 5+ years of progressively senior related experience
- Supply chain certification preferred
Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies while ensuring compliance with procurement standards. Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
