Key Responsibilities- Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations
- Lead and support a team of tax professionals through mentorship, training, and technical guidance
- Oversee client engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Conduct tax research and provide clients with proactive advice on planning, compliance, and strategies for growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency across engagements
- Collaborate with firm leadership on business development, client strategy, and internal initiatives
