NHIA invites you to join us in New Jersey as a Residential Manager, leading a community residence with a focus on person-centered care for adults with autism. In this full-time exempt role, you will supervise staff, coordinate ISP goals, and ensure a safe, respectful living environment.
You’ll work closely with the Residential Coordinator, train and mentor Direct Support Professionals, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to promote independence and community integration.
