** What You'll Be Doing
*** Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plant equipment and machinery
* Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance of experienced mechanics
* Support safe and efficient plant operations during the 2nd shift
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
* Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols
** What Are We Looking For
*** Willingness to learn mechanical systems and repair techniques
* Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
* Basic understanding of tools and mechanical concepts
* Commitment to safety and teamwork
* Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** Physical Demands of the Job
*** Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
* Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Visual and auditory ability to identify hazards and communicate clearly in a noisy environment
* Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
* Endurance to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
