Production Manager – Cabinetry Manufacturing

We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations in a cabinetry and component manufacturing facility. This role focuses on production scheduling, workflow optimization, CNC operations, and quality control to ensure on‑time delivery and efficient shop performance.

• Plan and schedule production jobs based on customer delivery dates and manufacturing capacity
• Oversee daily shop operations, including CNC, assembly, finishing, and installation prep
• Review engineering drawings and production orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and shop leads to resolve production issues
• Conduct regular walk‑throughs of all shop stations to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and workflow inefficiencies
• Implement process improvements to increase throughput, quality, and on‑time completion
• Lead production meetings and communicate priorities clearly to team leads and supervisors
• Ensure machines are properly maintained and preventive maintenance schedules are followed

• 5+ years of experience in cabinetry or component manufacturing
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and materials
• Experience in a CNC‑driven production environment
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and production documents
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills
• Spanish language skills a must
• Basic understanding of Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD and Cutrite preferred
• Lean and just in time manufacturing experience preferred
