Insight Global is seeking EMA Technicians across first and second shift to support one of our largest federal clients. As an EMA Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic electro-mechanical assembly tasks in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Your duties will include assembling components and systems according to detailed drawings, schematics, and process documentation, ensuring each build meets quality and compliance standards such as IPC 620 for cables, harnesses, and box-level assemblies.
You will actively participate in team communication to ensure smooth transitions between operations and provide support and training to fellow technicians as needed. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area is essential, along with the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety protocols. You will be expected to perform First Piece Inspections and Operator Self Inspections (OSI), ensuring the integrity of OSI documentation and flagging any discrepancies or required updates to process documentation.
Additionally, you will be responsible for verifying that all materials, tools, and chemicals are properly labeled and within their shelf life or calibration period. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work
