As a Production Associate at Jetty INK, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our production line moving efficiently. You’ll support press operators, handle finished products, and help ensure every item meets our quality standards. This is a great entry‑level role for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, is detail‑oriented, and is ready to learn the ins and outs of screen printing.

We also operate our own design and screen printing division (Jetty Ink) and channel all of our charitable giving via our own nonprofit (Jetty Rock Foundation). Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Details:

• Required 5 days at production facility (Manahawkin NJ)
• Reporting to the Jetty Ink Production, QC and Logistics Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support Press Operators: Assist with “catching” items off the belt, ensuring products are handled carefully and checked for quality.
• Quality Checks: Inspect finished products for defects, making sure they match Jetty’s standards before moving to the next stage.
• Job Organization: Help organize and prepare products in the correct order for printing, tagging, and shipping.
• Product Handling: Prepare items for post‑production, including folding, stacking, and prepping for packing.
• Inventory Support: Assist with tracking materials and supplies as they move through the production process.
