Join my client’s precision manufacturing team and help produce critical components for the aerospace, defense, industrial, and commercial industries. This hands‑on role offers the opportunity to machine high‑quality parts that support essential technologies while working in a safety‑focused, team‑oriented environment.

• Work on precision components for leading aerospace and defense applications.
• Collaborative environment focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Full‑time position with overtime opportunities.

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines machining aluminum investment castings.
• Read blueprints, setup sheets, and engineering drawings.
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, inspections, and documentation.
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve processes and reduce scrap.

• High school diploma or GED required; machining certification preferred.
• Experience operating CNC lathes; setup experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret basic GD&T.
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar CNC controls.
• Experience machining aluminum castings or aerospace components preferred.
