DescriptionOur client is currently seeking a Liquid Fill Plant Operations Manager
Qualifications- A degree chemical engineering or mechanical engineering
- 10 plus years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Experience with complex liquid fill processes
- Demonstrated to be very communicative - shift meetings, each line communicates daily
- Productivity subject matter expert – demonstrated ability to drive accountability/ productivity
- Someone who is comfortable with unpopular decisions.
- Experience with PHA or hazardous studies
- Demonstrated ability to drive change/ drive improvements to completion
