We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Master Production Scheduler to lead the coordination and optimization of egg processing and toast production, inventory, and distribution schedules. This key role ensures that demand is met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, food safety, and operational performance.

The Master Production Scheduler acts as the central hub between production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams—balancing egg supply and demand in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Hours:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend work may be required as needed.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly egg and toast production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Procurement teams to align resources and timelines.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to account for real-time production variances, equipment downtime, or supply chain disruptions.
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure availability of material and packaging.
  • Coordinate internal shipments with logistics to meet customer delivery requirements and minimize storage times.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, yields, and schedule adherence.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Track and monitor daily liquid egg supply- identify risks, challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and customer expectations.

  • Ability to analyze production capacity, demand forecasts, inventory trends, and supply constraints to balance operational needs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • SUMIF/SUMIFS
    • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    • Pivot Tables
    • Data Analysis and Reporting Tools
    • Database Integration
    • VBA/Macro Development
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with SAP S/4

    HANA implementations or transitions is highly desirable as the organization prepares for a future SAP migration.
  • Ability to continuously adjust production schedules and planning strategies in response to changing business conditions, customer demand, and material availability.
