Position SummaryThe CNC Operator plays a critical role in manufacturing by operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. This position is pivotal in ensuring that precision parts and components are produced to meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a methodical work ethic, advanced technical skills, and a thorough understanding of various machining processes.

Key Responsibilities CNC Machine Operation:- Operate a variety of CNC machines, including but not limited to lathes and mills.
- Configure machine settings according to specific production requirements by adjusting tool offsets.
- Monitor machine operations continually to ensure optimal functioning throughout the entire production cycle, adjusting as necessary to promote productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to address production issues.
- Analyze and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications, clearly understanding the necessary machining processes.
- In coordination with quality personnel, conduct detailed inspections of finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Performs other duties as directed, including but not limited to maintenance tasks and cleaning workstation.
