The Kids Ministry Director is a full time, on‑site role based in the Greater Philadelphia area (Voorhees, NJ) responsible for leading and coordinating ministry to children and their families. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include planning and overseeing Sunday children’s programs, developing age‑appropriate curriculum rooted in Scripture, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for kids of all backgrounds. The Director will recruit, train, and support volunteers;

partner with parents and caregivers to nurture children’s faith; and collaborate with pastoral and ministry staff to integrate kids’ ministry into the broader life of the church. Additional tasks include organizing special events and outreach activities for children, managing ministry communications, and evaluating programs to support spiritual growth and engagement.
