Financial Wellness Coordinator

Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.

The role of Coordinator is to provide leadership and program management to Brighton Center's Financial Wellness programs ensuring that effective service delivery is provided to meet the needs of the community while maintaining a focus on the agency mission and core values.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and develop staff.
- Provide mission and core value driven leadership.
- Ensure program compliance.
- Manage program budgets.
- Assure that community relations and outreach is organized and maintained.
- Empower individuals and families to achieve financial independence through education, coaching, and resource connections.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Achieve HUD Certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
- Background in customer service or finance/banking.
- Dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $46,000 - $49,000.
