Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Clifton, NJ 07012 (Field-Based) $48.69/hour + $0.50/mile (patient-to-patient) Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About the Role A-Line Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Home Health RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-based setting. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in both hands-on clinical care and care coordination, ensuring patients receive safe and effective treatment in their homes.

Coverage Area Passaic County (Clifton & Passaic)

Key Responsibilities Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans Provide nursing care for well, chronically ill, and acutely ill patients Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams and manage case plans Supervise LPN/LVN staff and oversee care delivery as needed Administer, monitor, and manage medications in compliance with policies Communicate patient condition updates to physicians and care teams Complete accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) Maintain infection control standards and ensure equipment readiness Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and hospital transitions Train and educate staff on patient care, safety, and health protocols Schedule & Workload Full-Time (40+ hours/week) Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certification required High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)

Experience with :
Wound care Foley catheter management IV infusion therapy PICC/midline care Electronic documentation systems (HCHB/Point Care preferred) Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills Why Apply?
