LA VILLA GRANDE CARE CENTER. Day and Night shifts available.

Your duties include:

• Engage in attentive monitoring of patients throughout their treatment, creating a reassuring atmosphere within our community.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs, prioritizing comfort and well-being.
• Provide support in ensuring patients adhere to their medication regimen, fostering trust and reliability.
• Work seamlessly with RNs and other members of the medical team, contributing to a harmonious healthcare environment.
• Foster strong connections with patients' families, acting as liaison to ensure open communication.

• Unrestricted LPN license valid in the state.
• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer skills.

• Competitive salary $30.00 to $38.00 hourly.
• Full‑time and PRN shifts.
• Sign‑on bonus $10,000.
