Compensation: $130,000–$160,000/year

Location: Monmouth County, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time (5x8 or 4x10)

TAG Med Staffing is hiring a Neurology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in Monmouth County, NJ for our client, supporting the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric and adult patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. This opportunity offers the chance to join a rapidly growing specialty practice with an established patient base, providing comprehensive neurological care while working closely with an experienced physician in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior neurology experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to independently manage patients in a fast‑paced practice.

• Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage pediatric and adult patients with a variety of neurological conditions through comprehensive assessments and follow‑up visits.
• Clinical Management: Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe and manage medications, and monitor patient progress to ensure high‑quality clinical outcomes.
• Diagnostic Evaluation: Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests, laboratory results, and imaging studies to support clinical decision‑making.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered neurological care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and practice standards.
• Practice Support: Contribute to ongoing clinical operations, patient education, and practice growth initiatives while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program is required.
• Licensure: Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and board certification are required.
• Experience: 2+ years of post‑graduate neurology experience is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience evaluating and managing a broad range of neurological conditions across pediatric and adult populations is required.

  Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard clinical documentation tools is preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, communication, organizational, and patient education skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing specialty practice are required.
