Adapt Health is seeking a Nurse, LPN to provide specialized nursing services at patients' homes or alternative settings. You will implement physician orders, assess and revise plans of care, and support independence at home.
The role requires an LPN license, an associate degree in nursing, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience; HME experience is preferred. You may need to cover after hours and travel as needed.
