As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while promoting the health, comfort, and well‑being of our residents.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and accurately document changes
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care
Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life
Foster a positive, resident-centered environment
Active, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards
