, you will play a key leadership role on our clinical team—overseeing daily operations, supporting and mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Full-time, day shift, Monday–Friday, plus weekend on-call rotationWork Today;

Opportunities for career advancement
Current, unencumbered New Jersey Practical Nurse license
Current AHA BLS CPR certification recommended
Strong leadership skills with 3+ years of subacute/long-term care experience required
Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned unit
Review complaints and grievances made or filed by staff and make appropriate reports to the Director of Nursing as required
Ensure an adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, and equipment is maintained on the unit to meet resident needs
Manage staff assignments, conduct nursing rounds throughout the shift, and provide leadership and support to the nursing team
Provide education to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed
Assist in the development of preliminary and comprehensive nursing assessments for each resident
Track treatments and resident progress according to HIPAA guidelines
Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure a smooth recovery process for residents
Ensure staff perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
