- Oversee First Article Inspection, PPAP, audits, and quality documentation.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with customers and internal teams while mentoring quality staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing quality leadership experience.
- Expertise with AS9100, NADCAP, NDT, ERP, and QMS.
- Strong audit leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional quality teams.
