Director, Sales Execution - North; C4 & Bloom Beverage

About the Role

As the Director of Sales Execution for C4 Energy & Bloom Sparkling Energy Drink, you will directly manage a team of Sales Execution Managers (SEM) and lead sales calls with key customers. You will be accountable for creating programming, aligning customers, and ensuring proper execution of National Account programs to drive shared business objectives.

• Managing & developing a team of SEMs to up level program execution.
• Coaching and providing feedback on pre‑call, during sales call, and post‑call activities with SEMs.
• Lead and own sales calls with top business unit customers.
• Communicate program expectations to DSD field teams.
• Formulate compelling customer‑focused presentations to accelerate DSD beverage portfolio growth.
• Coordinate setup paperwork and portal documents with customers, internal personnel, and distributor partners.
• Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly promotions with assigned account contacts and report to Customer Ops & Regional Sales.
• Work cross‑functionally with Finance/RGM on promotional analysis and sell‑in ROI.
• Ensure all monthly promotional activity is leveraged and executed at 90%+ level.

• 7+ years of experience within DSD beverage.
• Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel (expected 30%+).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Knowledge of DSD systems within the beverage industry.
• Key account management experience.
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record per Nutrabolt MVR policy.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs or more.
