At Town Physical Therapy we are currently seeking an experienced Physician Liaison to expand and strengthen our referral network and represent our brand in the community.
Position OverviewThe Physician Liaison plays a vital role in the clinic’s success by serving as the bridge between our providers and medical community. You will work closely with our clinical team and leadership to strategically promote the clinic’s services to local physicians, medical practices, and businesses. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a designated territory, regularly calling on referring offices, managing feedback, and creating a positive first impression of our brand in the community.
The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador—professional, personable, and passionate about connecting people with high-quality care. Your efforts will directly contribute to the clinic’s growth by cultivating strong relationships, identifying referral opportunities, and strengthening our presence throughout the community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, orthopedic offices, pain management clinics, urgent cares, and other referral sources
- Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings and office visits within your territory
- Identify, pursue, and track new referral opportunities
- Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Promote clinic services and specialties with a thorough understanding of treatments offered
- Gather feedback and maintain a professional rapport with medical offices and their staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach goals with clinic capacity and marketing plans
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, or medical sales
- Existing relationships with local medical providers a strong plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
