Position Overview
Relationship Manager I – Business Banker in PNC’s Business Banking organization. Based in Cincinnati, you will provide cash flow solutions to businesses with annual sales from $2million to $10million and act as a trusted advisor within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Your focus will be on developing Center of Influence relationships, managing the sales cycle to optimize cash flow, and collaborating with internal partners to onboard and expand the business portfolio.
Responsibilities- Manage client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
- Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
- Assess risk/return and enforce compliance with regulatory, operational, and credit risk policies.
- Provide insights and client‑specific ideas based on financial well‑being and needs.
- Build and maintain networks of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
- Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Lead client engagement and loyalty initiatives, presenting the full range of PNC products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of credit processes, products, and credit risk assessment.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship building, prospecting, sales, and customer engagement.
- Business acumen, critical thinking, effective communication, and tech savviness.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and decision‑making.
Competitive base salary of $75,000–$125,000, incentive eligibility, and comprehensive benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance, disability protection, 401(k) with match, pension, stock purchase plan, dependent‑care reimbursement, wellness programs, and paid time off (up to 25 vacation days, 11 paid holidays, and maternity/parental leave).
