• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

• Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual bonus pay).
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided.

PT Retail Sales Consultants earn an hourly rate of $16.25–$26.70 plus monthly commissions up to $6,850 when sales are made. Part‑time consultants working 20–24 hours per week average $53,364 per year in total compensation. Compensation varies by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
