Realty One Group NJ is looking for a driven and dynamic Franchise Sales Executive to join our growing team in Clifton, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding one of New Jersey's fastest-growing real estate brands by connecting brokers with a proven franchise model.

• Prospect and identify qualified franchise candidates through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Present and promote the Realty One Group NJ franchise opportunity to potential franchisees
• Guide candidates through the full franchise sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective franchise owners
• Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with brand growth goals
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activity

• Proven experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or real estate industry sales
• Strong understanding of the real estate brokerage or franchise business model
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and pipeline activity
• Located in or able to commute to the Clifton, NJ area

Salary based on experience + commission and bonus pay
