Job Description
Sprinklr is an AI‑native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management, empowering enterprise brands to unify their customer interactions across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities- Identify, negotiate and close large enterprise SaaS deals in a defined territory.
- Partner with senior executives (CMO, CTO, COO, CIO, VP/SVP) of Fortune 50 companies to co‑create solutions that enable them to win.
- Provide outstanding customer obsession by listening, understanding client needs and delivering results that exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders, influence decision makers and drive positive outcomes.
- Generate new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and referral initiatives.
- Continuously deepen knowledge of the CXM industry, market trends and competitors to maintain a sales edge.
- Seek and incorporate feedback from leaders, peers and clients to improve performance.
- Top 10% performer in your current organization or a similar sales environment.
- 6+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 years selling enterprise software solutions and closing complex, wide‑ranging SaaS deals.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities for enterprise customers.
- Strong communication and influence skills; able to engage senior decision makers and multi‑layered teams.
- Excellent work ethic, curiosity, resilience and coachability.
- Deep understanding of the evolving role of social media and customer experience in large organizations.
Compensation Range: $134,000 – $223,000 base salary (depending on experience, location, and qualifications). Additional opportunities include discretionary bonus, commission, and equity plans.
