Required:
2–3 years - Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 annually, including fixed salary and performance-linked variable incentives
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant
Experience:
B2B technology sales, solution sales, business development, inside sales, or consulting services sales
- Identify and engage biotechnology, Bio Pharma, Med Tech, and Life Sciences prospects across the United States
- Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach and market research
- Conduct initial discovery discussions and understand client requirements
- Position CRM, CXM, omnichannel, patient support, digital product, UX/UI, data, and analytics solutions
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with senior sales and solution teams
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and support opportunity progression
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relationship-building and client engagement
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Opportunity qualification and follow-up
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
Preferred Tools and Platforms: Salesforce, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics, Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Zoho CRM
