The Sales Professional will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Activities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- B2B or B2C sales experience.
- Lead generation and account management experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines and sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Must have food service experience.
