ADP is hiring a Sales Executive
.

As a Sales Executive
, you will lead a team of field‑based Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients. You will guide your team toward achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication with ADP’s clients, prospects, internal support partners, and your own team. Additionally, you will recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching.

Multitasking and prioritization are essential to helping your team win. If you can juggle different work activities and shift attention from one task to another with ease depending on urgency, this role is for you.

What you will do:
  • Grow the business while growing your team’s capacity. Work with your team within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals through the effective use of planned resources.
  • Lead your team. Provide overall direction, motivation, and support to your sales team in a designated territory. Ensure all Sales Associates use the Salesforce Automation System and implement an audit procedure to ensure compliance.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales associates. Interview, identify, and motivate Sales Associates while providing continuous feedback on performance and coaching. Help develop the careers of your team members.
  • Represent ADP. Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by spending time in the field, at trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars. Stay current on ADP product technology.
Required Qualifications:
  • Sales Role Model. Successful track record of business‑to‑business sales experience (2+ years). Excel at client interactions and showcase stellar presentation skills.
  • People Person and Coach. Relationship builder who can connect and motivate people. Do not shy away from delivering performance feedback and coaching.
  • Trusted Advisor. Live and breathe integrity and deliver on promises every time.
  • Expert Planner. Manage time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi‑task. Excellent planning skills to implement sales strategies.
  • College degree is not required. Other acceptable experience includes two or more years of B2B sales or sales management experience with a record of closing sales and managing a territory, or military experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience leading teams.
  • Health care & government vertical sales experience.

Base salary for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. Compensation ranges from $76,100 to $164,600 per year.
