Rapidly growing private pay home care company is seeking a Client Liaison/Business Development to become a vital part of their mission to provide exceptional care to our clients. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a strong background in private pay home care and a passion for building and maintaining referral relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to earn legacy commissions throughout the life of each case, along with a

competitive base salary and generous benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, social workers, discharge planners, geriatric specialists, neurologists, and oncologists at major hospitals.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the healthcare community.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of private pay home care services to healthcare professionals and potential clients.
• Represent the company in a professional and personable manner, including hosting and entertaining referral sources as needed.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to strategically position the company.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales and referral targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent client care.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales within the private pay home care industry or a related healthcare sales role.
• Strong network of contacts within hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A self-motivated and results-driven approach to sales.
• Willingness to entertain referral sources and participate in networking events.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital discharge processes, and private pay home care services.
