We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Manager to join our Law Enforcement sales team in the New York/New Jersey area, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. This is a hunter role - you'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within law enforcement and public safety agencies. You'll build relationships from the ground up, manage a full sales cycle, and represent Corsight's technology to key decision-makers across the region.

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within law enforcement and public safety agencies across the assigned territory
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, presentations, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement decision-makers, procurement officers, and key stakeholders
• Travel extensively within the territory (and occasionally internationally) to meet prospects, attend conferences, and support trade shows
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, solutions engineering, customer success) to tailor pitches and proposals
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM
• Report regularly to the VP of Sales on pipeline status, forecasts, and market feedback
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory considerations in the public safety space

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (law enforcement/public safety/government sales experience is a strong plus)
• A true "hunter" mentality - proactive, persistent, and comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Hebrew language skills are a plus
• Experience working with Israeli companies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Based in or willing to work from the NY/NJ area
• Valid driver's license (travel by car may be required in addition to flights)

• Existing network or relationships within law enforcement/government agencies
• Familiarity with AI, facial recognition, or security technology
• Experience selling technical or SaaS-based solutions
• On-target earnings: ~$130,000/year (base + commission)
