** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a healthcare location.

+ Monitor front desk activity, help manage access control processes, verify visitor credentials, and/or direct guests according to site protocols.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to staff, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed.

+ Maintain awareness of lobby and reception areas, document security-related events, and report unusual activity, concerns, and/or policy violations in a timely manner.

+ Answer questions, assist with way finding, and support a professional front desk presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
