Event Security Officer

This position is a temporary position located in Clifton, NJ . The Event Security Staff play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the attendees, staff, and property during events.

They are responsible for maintaining order and acting swiftly in the event of any disturbances or potential threats.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

• Monitor and control access ure all employees and guests comply with the rules and event access protocols .
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
• Perform security patrols of designated areas
• Identify and respond to security risks or threats promptly and effectively
• Manage crowd control and maintain order during the event
• Assist event attendees with directions or information
• Report any suspicious activities or security breaches
• Respond to emergencies as trained and follow the chain of command .
• Maintain open communication via radio or phone with security team and supervisor.
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities when necessary
• Ensure compliance with applicable procedures, laws, and regulations
• Maintain a detailed record of any incidents that occur during the event

Compensation: Compensation for this role is set and is not subject to negotiation.
