** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a healthcare diagnostic location.

+ Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, maintain visitor records, and communicate facility entry requirements.

+ Monitor access points, observe activity in the lobby and reception area, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

+ Support a professional, welcoming environment by answering routine questions, providing directions, and coordinating with site staff and emergency responders as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
