Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Location: Florham Park, NJ

Shift: First Shift

Pay: Up to $38/hour (based on experience)

• Identify electrical issues using a variety of diagnostic and testing devices.
• Inspect, install, and maintain electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, panels, and motor control devices.
• Repair or replace wiring, fixtures, electrical equipment, and related components as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical motors and circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including conduit installations, equipment inspections, and system upgrades.
• Work safely on high‑voltage electrical systems (480V) and industrial motor control circuits.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute accurate troubleshooting and installations.

• Experience installing, repairing and maintaining high‑voltage industrial electrical systems 480V.
• Strong electrical aptitude with hands‑on experience in industrial settings.
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (megger, multimeter, voltage tester).
• Ability to work confidently with schematics, diagrams, and electrical layouts.
• A completed training degree in an electrical field is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
