We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of mission‑critical applications across the full technology stack. This role will play a key part in shaping our digital architecture, enhancing engineering practices, and accelerating the adoption of modern software development methodologies.

As a senior technical leader within DMC Technology, you will architect, design, and develop enterprise‑scale applications spanning user experience, application services, APIs, and backend platforms. Operating at a Staff/Principal Engineer level, you will influence engineering strategy, solution architecture, and development standards across multiple teams and business domains. You will partner closely with Product, Architecture, Data, Security, Risk, and Business stakeholders to deliver highly scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that meet the demanding requirements of financial services and wealth management platforms.

• Lead end‑to‑end design, development, testing, and deployment of full‑stack applications supporting critical business capabilities.
• Architect and deliver modern, cloud‑native applications leveraging microservices, APIs, event‑driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Develop responsive, scalable, and secure front‑end solutions using modern web frameworks and user‑centric design principles.
• Design and implement high‑performance backend services that support real‑time transaction processing, data integration, and workflow automation.
• Build reusable components, frameworks, and shared services that accelerate delivery and promote engineering consistency.
• Drive adoption of cloud‑native engineering practices, Dev Sec Ops  methodologies, and automated software delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, resiliency, observability, and operational excellence.
• Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and code quality initiatives across engineering teams.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineers while promoting engineering excellence and continuous learning.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Support modernization and transformation initiatives, including migration of legacy platforms to cloud‑native architectures.

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building enterprise‑scale applications across frontend and backend technologies.
• Proven track record designing, developing, and operating highly available, mission‑critical systems within large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience building cloud‑native solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands‑on expertise developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event‑driven applications.
• Deep experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Dev Sec Ops  practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability patterns, performance optimization, and fault‑tolerant architectures.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices across development organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to balance business priorities and technical excellence.
