Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of IBM iSeries applications
- Translate client and stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and estimates
- Write, review and maintain high-quality RPGLE/CLLE, RPG/CL and DB2/SQL code
- Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices
- Identify, track and mitigate technical risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- 8+ years of enterprise software development experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on IBM iSeries (AS/400) development (RPG, RPGLE, CL, CLLE, Free‑Format RPG)
- 3+ years working with DB2/SQL and IBM RDi in production environments
- 2+ years leading technical teams or mentoring developers and performing effort estimation
