We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Office Administrator to support our growing building materials and lumber operations
.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both hands‑on warehouse work and office administration in a distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing, and documentation
- Coordinate receiving, distribution, and inventory tracking
- Work closely with warehouse staff on shipments, deliveries, and stock movement
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and vendor files
- Assist with office administration
, data entry, and reporting - Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day warehouse and office operations
- Prior experience required in building materials, lumber, warehouse, or distribution
- Strong knowledge of POs, invoicing, and inventory processes
- Comfortable working between warehouse floor and office desk
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with inventory or accounting software is a plus
