Position: Supply Replenisher Associate I

Pride Health is hiring a Supply Replenisher Associate to support our client’s medical facility in Clifton, NJ
. This is a 3+ month contract with the possibility of a contract‑to‑hire opportunity.

Title: Light Industrial – Supply Replenisher Associate

Location: Clifton, NJ 07012

Pay Rate: $19/hr – $20/hr on W2. (Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.)

Duration: 3+ months

Shift: Tuesday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in internal teams to drive continuous improvement in supply replenishment processes, focusing on cost and cycle time reduction.
  • Execute standard business processes for managing material flow across facilities such as Laboratories, RRL, PSC, and IOP within the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of on‑hand inventory.
  • Maintain visual management tools (e.g., Kanban systems) and implement mistake‑proofing initiatives such as labeling with photos.
Job Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
  • Good planning and organizational abilities.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as MS Excel, Word, and Visio.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
