** Position Summary*
* We are seeking a Shipping Lead to support daily warehouse operations and assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing shipping activities. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, ensuring shipment accuracy, maintaining inventory control, and enforcing safety, GMP, and food safety standards.

** Responsibilities*
* + Lead, train, and support shipping team members.

+ Verify shipment accuracy, labeling, and shipping documentation.

+ Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages.

+ Check drivers in and out and complete Bills of Lading (BOLs).

+ Ensure safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

+ Enforce FIFO practices, lot tracking, temperature control, and food safety procedures.

+ Support productivity goals and daily warehouse operations.

** Requirements*
* + High School Diploma or GED.

+ Ability to read and write in English.

+ Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).

+ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

+ Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience.

+ Leadership or team lead experience.

+  
** Food manufacturing, food distribution, or food warehouse experience preferred.*
* + Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and inventory control practices.

** Pay Details:**  $23.00 to $22.00 per hour
