Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and help ensure products move safely, efficiently, and accurately through our facility. Full-time

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory, stocking, and order fulfillment.
• Create and manage weekly labor schedules.
• Assign work and ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Enforce company policies and maintain employee accountability.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, complete, and free of damage.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maximize warehouse space through proper organization and consolidation.
• Ensure the safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• At least 2 years of forklift experience.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic math and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and quality standards.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, climb, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and frozen storage environments.
• Ability to work around forklifts, conveyors, and other warehouse equipment.

$26-$28 per hour
