Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Night Shift | 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Includes Two 30-Minute Breaks
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Machine Operator to join our night shift team in Clifton, NJ. This position requires operating both a Turret Forklift and a Stand-Up Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during overnight operations.
Training ScheduleAll new hires will begin with a required training period on a temporary daytime schedule:

Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Once training is successfully completed, employees will transition to the regular night shift schedule of 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Responsibilities- Safely operate turret forklifts and stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize inventory
- Pick, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform put-away, replenishment, and order fulfillment tasks
- Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Previous experience operating a turret forklift and stand-up forklift required
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working overnight shifts
As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to complete a practical equipment operation assessment to demonstrate their ability to safely and efficiently operate both turret and stand-up forklifts. This evaluation helps ensure proper skill level and workplace safety.
