- Commerceis seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this Temporary Job Assignment, you will be responsible for processing online orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of products to our customers. Pay Rate: $15.92 Per Hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of an E-Commerce Fulfilment Associate:

• Ensure all merchandise is allocated to the correct customer order
• Inspect garments to ensure quality and verify all tags are attached and items have the correct SKU
• Properly process defective/ faulty merchandise
• Ensure quality, delivery and other objectives are met
• Maintain a clean work environment by keeping area free of trash and products in correct locations
• Prepare and pack orders according to Company standards, including processing UPS shipping labels on boxes
• The Associate will spend time in the warehouse or loading dock receiving and transporting deliveries
• Moderate to heavy physical labor such as lifting and moving heavy items (at least 20lbs or more) and the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time are both required on a regular basis to perform this job
• The use of carts, dollies, hand trucks or other gear may be required to move items around.
• Temperature in the warehouse or dock varies according to external climate.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write and take direction in English
• Proficiency with computers is a must (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet)
• Strong initiative and self-driven, ability to multi-task and maintain organization
• Prior experience working in a team environment and independently
• Previous retail and/or gift-wrapping experience preferred
• Fashion and/or luxury experience a plus
• Must be able to push or lift over 20 pounds in order to perform the warehouse job
• Must be able to stand, walk or climb stairs/ladders for extended periods of time to perform the warehouse job
