Description
Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is looking for dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associates to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and food handling.

Requirements- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
- Receive, inspect, and store inventory following FIFO/FEFO procedures.
- Move products between the warehouse and production departments.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
- Ensure products are properly labeled with barcodes, pallet tags, and allergen stickers.
- Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged products or discrepancies.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Follow all company safety, PPE, OSHA, and food safety policies.
- Work closely with production, inventory, and logistics teams to meet daily goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience (food manufacturing preferred) or 2+ years of forklift/reach truck experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using RF scanning systems.
- Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
