This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, NJ.

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost‑efficient workflow processes.
• Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation and advising management.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• 5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Food and Beverage Industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment; excellent organizational skills and accuracy and attention to detail are musts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• US base salary range for this full‑time position is $24.5/hr to $28/hr.
• Role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
• Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
