Location: Clinton Charter Township
Provide clerical duties in support of full-time staff within the Office of the Provost and Academic and Workforce Education Unit.

RequirementsAll applicants MUST meet the following criteria or will be marked 'disqualified':
- A current student at Macomb Community College taking AT LEAST 6 credit hours.
- Currently have a work-study award given by Financial Aid. If you have not received an award or are not sure, fill out and submit the required form and contact finaid with questions.
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Prior office experience helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities- Greet and properly direct visitors.
- General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and stocking supplies.
- Provide support to full-time staff with project implementations.
- Maintain unit confidentiality.
- May distribute mail and prepare mailings.
- Pick up and deliver items from various departments, as necessary.
- Proofreading assignments as available.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
