Job Description

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, GED or related experience
• Excellent phone and customer/personnel related communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multi task and prioritize work
• Strong data entry skills

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accounts payables
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate departments within the building
• Open and distribute mail to appropriate departments
• Greet guests that enter the building and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Responsible for accepting deliveries and notifying the appropriate recipient
• Provide clerical support to office personnel
• Filing
• Office supply ordering
• Check sorting and deposits
