Clinton Township is seeking an experienced automotive service advisor to join our winning team due to increased business. Moran is a top volume dealer group and has a large clientele. If you are a proven performer we should talk.

- Greet customers, schedule and manage repair appointments for customers
- Process repair orders and accurately document customer's concerns
- Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide accurate repair cost estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and advise on additional recommended work
- Explain completed repairs, review costs, and suggest future maintenance
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Understanding of automotive repair and service processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Honest, dependable, and reliable team player
