- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs completed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve maintenance challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join the team at Russ Milne Ford, Inc in Macomb, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, rotating tires, and changing engine oil to ensure our fleet remains in optimal condition.
Responsibilities- Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical, safety, and performance issues.
- Rotate tires regularly to promote even wear and extend tire life.
- Perform engine oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with the team to address vehicle maintenance needs efficiently.
- Prior experience in vehicle maintenance or as a maintenance technician preferred.
- Ability to inspect and diagnose basic vehicle issues.
- Familiarity with tire rotation and oil change procedures.
